NetMaster X ("the App") is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why.
Overview
NetMaster X does not require an account and does not sell personal information. Network diagnostics you run are processed primarily on your device. The App uses Unity Ads for optional advertising. Those services may process technical data as described below.
Information we use
- Network diagnostics: hosts, addresses, and targets you enter; latency and reachability results; DNS and WHOIS lookups; port scan outcomes; traceroute hops; HTTP request/response data you choose to capture. These stay on-device unless you export or enable optional cloud sync.
- Wi‑Fi and local network (optional): used for Wi‑Fi analysis, site survey mapping, and local connectivity checks when iOS allows it.
- Location (optional): iOS may require location permission to read Wi‑Fi network context or to support walk-based survey mapping. Location is used for those features, not for selling data.
- Motion (optional): used to estimate walking distance during Wi‑Fi site surveys.
- Bluetooth (optional): used only for BLE discovery tools you open.
- Advertising ID (App Tracking Transparency): at launch, iOS may ask whether the App can track activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you allow tracking, Unity Ads may use the advertising identifier for more relevant ads and measurement. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the App still works and Unity may show limited / non-personalized ads where allowed.
Advertising - Unity Ads
The App uses Unity Ads to show optional interstitial and banner ads that help support development. Ad requests may collect device and usage data as described in Unity's Privacy Policy. Denying tracking still allows full use of NetMaster X.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Apple and Unity (Unity Ads) may process technical data needed to run the App, show ads, and measure advertising performance. This privacy page is hosted on the web; hosting this page does not upload your diagnostic results from the App.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- You can deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable.
- You can deny Location, Motion, Bluetooth, or Local Network; related features will be limited.
- You can delete the App to remove on-device NetMaster X data stored in the app sandbox.
