Privacy Policy — Email Cleaner Pro

Email Cleaner Pro (“the App”) is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why.
Overview — data collection
Email Cleaner Pro does not sell personal information and does not require creating an account with us. Mail credentials you enter are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. Mail syncing, classification, and cleaning run between your device and your email provider (IMAP / OAuth). The App may show Unity Ads (banner and interstitial) and may request App Tracking Transparency so ads can be more relevant when you allow tracking.
Information we use
- Email credentials: your email address and app password (or OAuth tokens when you use sign-in) are stored in Keychain so the App can connect to your mailbox. We do not operate a separate server that stores your password.
- Mailbox content: message metadata and bodies needed for preview, classification, unsubscribe detection, and cleaning are fetched from your provider and cached locally on your device. Deletes, archives, and moves are performed against your mailbox via IMAP.
- Unsubscribe links: when you unsubscribe, the App may open an HTTP unsubscribe URL from the message (List-Unsubscribe). It does not send unsubscribe emails on your behalf.
- Advertising ID (iOS App Tracking Transparency): at launch, iOS may ask whether Email Cleaner Pro can track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you allow tracking, Unity Ads may use the advertising identifier to deliver more relevant ads and measure performance. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the App still works and Unity may show limited / non-personalized ads where allowed.
- Technical ad data: ad requests may include device and usage signals processed by Unity as described in Unity’s privacy policy.
Advertising — Unity Ads
The App uses Unity Ads for optional banner and interstitial ads. Interstitials may appear after you successfully connect an email account, or after a cleanup action (such as delete, archive, unsubscribe, or bulk clean). A banner may appear above the bottom tab bar. Ad requests may collect device and usage data as described in Unity’s Privacy Policy. Denying tracking still allows full use of Email Cleaner Pro.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Your email provider processes mailbox data when the App syncs or
cleans mail. Apple and Unity may process technical data needed to run the App, show ads, and measure
advertising performance. Hosting for this privacy page is provided via Google Firebase Hosting under
the razaq-apps project.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- You can deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable.
- You can disconnect accounts and clear local cache from Settings.
- You can delete the App to remove on-device Email Cleaner Pro data stored in the app sandbox and Keychain items for the App.
