Privacy Policy — Dreamura
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Dreamura (“the App”) is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why. We aim to keep sleep data on your device whenever possible.
Overview — data collection
Dreamura does not require an account and does not sell personal information. Sleep sessions, notes, sound preferences, and settings are stored on your device. We do not collect names, emails, or precise location for the core sleep experience unless you contact us directly for support.
Information we use
- On-device sleep data: movement samples, noise estimates, session timing, quality scores, and optional sleep notes stay locally on your device for history and insights.
- Notifications (optional): bedtime reminders and gentle wake alarms if you grant notification permission. These are scheduled on-device.
- Microphone (optional): used only while a sleep session is active to estimate ambient noise locally. Audio is not uploaded to our servers.
- Motion sensors: used on-device to estimate stillness and restlessness during a tracked night.
- Advertising ID (iOS App Tracking Transparency): on first launch, iOS may show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, Unity Ads may use the device advertising identifier to show more relevant ads and measure performance. If you deny tracking, the App still works and limited / non-personalized ads may still appear where allowed.
-
Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase): the App may collect standard
app events such as
first_open,app_open, andsession_start, plus coarse device and usage signals, so we can measure installs from advertising campaigns and improve stability. This does not require an account and is not used to build a profile of your sleep notes or audio.
Advertising — Unity Ads
The App uses Unity Ads for interstitial advertising. An interstitial may appear
after you open a real feature in a session (for example starting a sleep session,
Help Me Sleep, or a tool such as Galaxy / Nightstand). Ads are
not shown on cold app launch / splash. Ad requests may collect device and usage data
as described in
Unity’s Privacy Policy.
We may also promote the App with app install campaigns (for example Google Ads) measured via Firebase
Analytics events such as first_open.
Dreamura does not currently use Google AdMob for in-app ads.
Firebase Analytics
Dreamura may use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) in the Firebase project associated with our apps. Analytics helps us understand installs, opens, and campaign performance. Event data is processed by Google under their terms and privacy policy. Sleep notes, microphone audio, and detailed night samples are not uploaded as analytics content.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Apple, Unity (ads), and Google (Firebase Analytics / Hosting) may process technical data needed to run the App, show ads, and measure advertising performance.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- You can deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable and limited ads may still appear.
- You can deny notifications; reminders and alarms that need permission will not fire.
- You can delete the App to remove on-device sleep history stored by Dreamura.
