Privacy Policy - Cleaner & System Tools

Cleaner & System Tools (“the App”) is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why.
Overview - data collection
The App does not require an account and does not sell personal information. Cleaning choices, vault contents, tool settings, and most feature data are stored on your device. The App is not fully offline: it uses Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage measurement and Unity Ads for optional interstitial advertising. Those services process technical data as described below.
Information we use
- On-device cleaner & media data: photo/video identifiers and scan results used to find duplicates, similar media, large files, and junk stay on your device for review. Deletes you confirm use Apple Photos / Files APIs on-device.
- Secure Vault: private photos, videos, files, and notes you import are encrypted and stored locally. Unlock may use Face ID / Touch ID or a PIN you set. Vault contents are not uploaded to our servers.
- Contacts (optional): used only when you use Contact Cleaner to find duplicates or empty cards on-device. Contacts are not uploaded to our servers.
- Camera / microphone (optional): used for QR scanning, document capture, or media tools you choose. Captures are processed on-device unless you share them yourself.
- Local network (optional): used for diagnostics such as discovering nearby services or measuring connectivity on your Wi-Fi.
- Notifications (optional): reminders you enable are scheduled on-device.
- Advertising ID (iOS App Tracking Transparency): at launch, iOS may ask whether the App can track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you allow tracking, Unity Ads may use the advertising identifier to deliver more relevant ads and measure performance. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the App still works and Unity may show limited / non-personalized ads where allowed.

Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase): the App may collect standard
app events such as
first_open,app_open,session_start, and a marker event (systemhub_ready), plus coarse device and usage signals, so we can measure installs from Google Ads App campaigns and improve stability. Analytics does not require an account and is not used to upload vault contents, photos, or contacts as content.
Advertising - Unity Ads
The App uses Unity Ads for optional interstitial ads. Interstitials may appear before media indexing starts, or after opening several tools in a session. Banner ads are not shown in the current App. They do not show on cold app launch and are not shown during onboarding. Ad requests may collect device and usage data as described in Unity’s Privacy Policy. Denying tracking still allows full use of the App.
Firebase Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) in the Firebase
project associated with our apps (razaq-apps). Analytics helps us understand installs,
opens, and campaign performance. Event data is processed by Google under their terms and privacy policy.
Private vault items, photo library contents, and contact details are not uploaded as analytics content.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Apple, Google (Firebase Analytics / Hosting), and Unity (Unity Ads) may process technical data needed to run the App, show ads, and measure advertising performance.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- You can deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable.
- You can deny Photos, Contacts, Camera, Microphone, or Notifications; related features will be limited.
- You can delete the App to remove on-device App data stored in the app sandbox (including the vault).
