Privacy Policy — The Game That Hates You
Last updated: August 5, 2026
The Game That Hates You (“the App”) is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why.
Overview
The App does not require an account and does not sell personal information. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. The App may use the network for advertising via Unity Ads.
Information we use
- On-device progress: level completion, settings, and similar preferences stay in the app sandbox / local storage. They are not uploaded to our servers as gameplay content.
- Advertising ID (App Tracking Transparency): iOS may ask whether to allow tracking. If you allow it, Unity Ads may use the advertising identifier for more relevant ads and measurement. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the App still works and ads may be limited / non-personalized where allowed.
Advertising
The App may show ads through Unity Ads, including optional rewarded ads (for example, for hints) and occasional interstitials at natural breaks. Ad requests may collect device and usage data as described in Unity’s Privacy Policy.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Apple and Unity may process technical data needed to run the App, show ads, and measure advertising performance.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- Deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable.
- Skip optional rewarded ads; core gameplay remains available.
- Delete the App to remove on-device progress stored by the App.
