FAQs
- Does Quantum Horizon upload my measurements? Labels, collapse history, and physics settings stay on your device. Optional network entropy only requests a random byte. Ads use Unity Ads. See the Privacy Policy.
- When do ads appear? A Unity interstitial may show once after you open your first tool in a session — not immediately at cold launch, and not during onboarding.
- Why do I see an App Tracking prompt? iOS asks before ads can use the advertising identifier for more relevant ads. You can choose Ask App Not to Track and still use Quantum Horizon.
- Videos stutter or take a moment to switch. The hub keeps two cinematic black-hole clips buffered. On first launch, allow a few seconds for both to load; later switches should feel instant.
- Saving a card failed. Open iOS Settings → Quantum Horizon → Photos and allow access so result cards can be written to your library.
- Where is my Privacy Policy? quantumhorizon/privacy
Troubleshooting
- Force-quit Quantum Horizon and reopen.
- Confirm iOS is up to date and that you have the latest App Store / TestFlight build.
- For ads questions, note which tool you opened and whether you were online.
- If a measurement says cryptographic reserve, the vacuum entropy network request was unavailable — the App still collapses locally.
- Try another hub clip with the Vortex / Singularity slider if one video fails to play.
