FAQs
- Does PhotoCraft upload my photos? No. Editing, drafts, and settings stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
- Will I see ads? Occasionally. A Unity Ads interstitial may appear after you open your first feature or tool in a session (such as switching tabs or changing an editor tool). Ads are not shown on cold app launch. iOS may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission for more relevant ads. There is no AdMob integration.
- Background removal looks rough on the edges. Turn on Refine Brush, zoom with a pinch, and erase or restore carefully. Smaller brush sizes help on hair and fine edges.
- Resize didn’t match the size I expected. Choose a social preset for exact pixels, or use Exact mode and enter width/height. Check the size label above the preview before saving.
- I can’t edit text on the photo. Open the Text tool, tap the text box on the canvas, and type. Selection handles appear only while Text (or Stickers) is active.
- Collage won’t import into a cell. Tap a dashed box first so it’s selected, then add or replace the photo for that slot.
- Saving to Photos failed. Open iOS Settings → PhotoCraft → Photos and allow access so exports can be written to your library.
Troubleshooting
- Force-quit PhotoCraft and reopen.
- Confirm iOS is up to date and you have the latest App Store / TestFlight build.
- Retry with a smaller source photo if processing feels slow on older devices.
- For library issues, verify Photos permission for PhotoCraft.
