Privacy Policy — Office Editor Pro

Office Editor Pro (“the App”) is developed by Abdulrazaq Alonazi. This policy explains what information the App may use and why.
Overview
Office Editor Pro does not require an account with us and does not sell personal information. Opening, previewing, and editing documents happens on your device. When you save or export, files are written where you choose (for example Files / iCloud Drive). The free version may show banner and interstitial ads and may request App Tracking Transparency so ads can be more relevant when you allow tracking.
Information we use
- Documents you open: files you select are copied into the App’s sandbox so you can preview and edit them. Content stays on your device unless you export or share it yourself.
- Photos (optional): used only when you insert an image into a document. The photo you pick is embedded in that document on-device.
- Recent files list: display names and local references may be stored in the App’s sandbox so the home screen can show recent documents.
- Advertising ID (App Tracking Transparency): on first launch (iOS 14.5+), iOS may ask whether the App can track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you allow tracking, advertising partners may use the advertising identifier for more relevant ads and measurement. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, the App still works and ads may be limited or non-personalized where allowed.
Advertising
The free version may show optional banner and interstitial ads that help keep the App available. Banners may appear at the bottom of the home and document screens. An interstitial may appear after you open a document, and again after a successful save or export. Ads are not shown solely because the app launched. Ad requests may collect device and usage data as described by the advertising partners’ privacy policies, subject to your ATT choice and applicable law.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. Service providers such as Apple and advertising partners may process technical data needed to run the App and show advertising.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Your choices
- Deny App Tracking Transparency; the App remains usable and limited ads may still appear.
- Deny photo access; image insert features that need Photos will not work until you allow it.
- Delete the App to remove its sandbox copies and recent-file list stored by Office Editor Pro.
